I founded Pension Document Services, Inc., PENDOCS in 1990 to provide an efficient cost effective document service.

This corporation was formed in response to the pension industry's frustration at the constant need for reorganization and training due to the complexities of the ever changing pension legislation and IRS document filing procedures. Through my many years as a technical advisor and director of compliance departments, I have developed efficient and simplified methods of plan installation, restatement and IRS filing completion.

PENDOCS provides quality document packages without the need to increase and train personnel. With the upcoming government mass amendment and restatement of the 1996 Small Business Job Protection Act, (SBJPA), and subsequent laws.

PENDOCS provides an extremely efficient and cost effective answer to amending current documents as well as the installation of new plans.
